Unlike real golf, with the Course Architect you can simply move water hazards that bother you.
First, we're going to get a good view of our work space.
1. In the Top View, use the Magnifying Glass
to zoom in on the water hazard you want to move.
Then we're going to select and copy the water hazard.
2. Choose the Terrain Type tool from the Area Selector Tools.
3. Click on the water hazard to select it.
4. Click the Default Cursor Button.
5. Select Copy from the Edit menu.
Now we'll fill in the existing water hazard with the surrounding terrain to make it disappear.
6. Choose the Eyedropper tool from the Area Selector Tools.
7. Click on a spot just outside the selection marquee to choose its terrain type.
8. Choose the Fill Terrain Tool from the Toolbar
and fill the water hazard with same terrain that surrounds it.
9. Right-click on the selection's Control Square and choose De-Select from the pop-up menu to remove the marquee.
10. Click the Default Cursor Button.
Now we'll paste the water hazard in its new home.
11. Choose Paste from the Edit menu. A rectangle with the outline of the water hazard will appear in the center of the Top View.
12. Click somewhere inside the rectangle and drag it to move the water hazard exactly where you want it.
13. Double-click when you've positioned it where you want it.
There. Now someone else can land in it repeatedly.
